Activa Yogurt Side Effects

Posted on January 21, 2010.
Activa Yogurt Side EffectsQuestion for the Activa yogurt eaters?

Should I expect side effects "when I start to eat the yogurt on daily basis? I mean, I know that my digestive system regulation time, which may cause ... uh, loose stools, or something like that?

One of my friends tried Activia yogurt and also complained of loose stools and I think it may be a side effect of it, he can get better as you continue to eat yogurt though. You're supposed to eat for two weeks to get the full results.

It has backfired on me. It seems to me heal. Does anyone else have the same effect? I ate the Yogur for 4 days now. I think I'll stick with plain yogurt and a fiber supplement. Report Abuse

Not so loose stools. You might find that you have a sense of more urgency, but overall it is excellent. Everthing works fine, and you feel almost cool.

He didn't do it for me at all. Things regulated for me.

I felt like I was a little healthier, I do not know if it was a placebo "effect type because I knew I was eating or if they really work, but a great feeling anyway!

As with anything there may be side effects. The purpose of the Activia is to get all the bad bacteria in your intestinal tract. I used the Activia for three days and stopped. I was very swollen and not feeling the best. But it could be other reasons for this. The reason for this loose stools is to put the bugs in your system, which is expected to fall soon. Good luck and I am sure that in the long run it will make you feel better ... viola
