All Yogurt DietWhat are the advantages and disadvantages of a diet all the fruit and yogurt?

If someone (not me!) Ate a piece of fruit and one serving of yogurt and maybe some cereal or something for every meal for a few months or something, see no difference in weight?

Your "friend" would lose weight quickly, but not in the right direction.

Since your jaw is not wired shut, I recommend Vegetable salads and expand your selections vitamin. Simply use the salt and pepper and blend the sauce. If your material is fresh and crisp, you do not need dressing anyway.
