Aria protein powder says there are 80 calories in two tablespoons level, but not a scoop was provided? Everyone knows the equivalent of two tablespoon shaved?
Scoop is most likley in there, just buried deeper in the bathtub!
that's stupid. Are you sure it does not float in the bottom of the box? It was my habit of doing things-protein shake, and I will suggest 2-3 tablespoons. by scoop, even though this may or may not be an accurate estimate, but I think it is more accurate than not ...
1 / 4 cup is a scoop.
