Banana Yoghurt Cake

I would like a recipe for a grandmother to the old banana cake would be. I am one with yogurt and have tried many spices and coconut added - they are all delicious, but I would make a great cake roaster size for a family party and I tried to double my recipe usual, but it doesn't work. My stepmother is a great cake without additional ingredients and it corresponds to a perfect roasting pan about 30 by 40 cm, but she likes to keep its profits to itself. Can anyone help me????

To make a banana cake with light, make sure the recipe has baking powder in it and baking soda. If it's only soda, it will be very dense like banana bread.
