What are the best foods for losing weight? So I make a list of foods I am allowed to have a guideline for losing weight. Me know of oatmeal, lentils, yogurt in moderation, all fruits and vegetables, etc. Just look for foods that are good "negative calorie" or help you burn fat. My goal is 30 lbs in 6 months but I have not really been able to follow a diet for a long period.
