Is it possible to make cookies from pancake mix (Betty Crocker)? And what else do I need if anything?
Yes, it is, but is preferable to use Bisquick, and the recipe is there on the box.

2 / 3 cup milk
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Stir ingredients until soft dough forms. Place on surface generously sprinkled with baking mix. Knead 10 times. Roll 1/2-inch thick. Cut with a 2 1/2-inch cutter. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
To remove the cookies, do not knead the dough. Drop by spoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Biscuits Cheese Garlic:
Decrease flour to 2 cups and add 1 / 2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet and bake as above.
Mix 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted, and 1 / 8 c. teaspoon garlic powder. Brush the hot biscuits.
