Body Cleansing System

Has anyone ever used a cleaning system of the body?
I recently bought a cleaning system of the body of Wal-Mart, where you have 3 different types of pills to take for two weeks. Has anyone ever used this and if so you recommend? I am a bit worried upset my stomach.

Most systems are false, and, simply, just go fuck a lot and pretend that your "system" is clean.

The truth is, your gut is just a tube. Nothing is "stuck" in there - everything went very well and will be along in a matter of 12 hours.

Other types of plants "detoxifying" schemes are also false.

Drink plenty of water, eat a variety of foods, get enough fiber, and you'll be fine.

Personally, I have not used, but I have friends and family who have and it seemed to help a little. If you are woried about your stomach, call a pharmacist and ask them what can be done to prevent this. I hope it works for you!

T not stuck in there? Have you any idea what causes colon cancer? Diverticulitis? Is this your stuff stuck and tumors growing.

You are right to look into cleaning - most immune system in the colon. Without forgetting the dirty colon triggers of food allergies, cancer, fatigue, etc..
