3 Breakfast weekend Casserole Recipes As busy moms, during the week, we usually look for quick breakfast foods to feed our families, before they rush to the door to go to school or work. When the weekend comes, I want to take the time to prepare something hot and delicious.
These recipes are easy to prepare pot and are made from ingredients you more likely to have on hand. If time is a problem, you can prepare the recipe the day before and refrigerate. When morning arrives, pop it in the oven and it is on the table in less than 45 minutes.
Breakfast Bacon Cheese
3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
3 large eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
3 / 4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Browns 12 oz bag frozen hash browns
Place frozen hash browns into a lined 9 x 13 "baking dish. In a medium bowl, combine milk, eggs and 1 / 2 cup cheese and pour over hash browns. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and cheese remaining 1 / 4 cup on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Cheesy Eggs
2 cups plain croutons
4 oz grated cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 cups milk
pinch pepper
1 / 4 c. teaspoon onion powder
mustard 1 / 2 teaspoon
Combine croutons and cheese, put in a buttered baking dish. In a blender, mix eggs, milk, onion powder, pepper and mustard. Pour the mixture over the croutons and cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
Spinach, ham and egg
1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach
1 (15 oz) cheddar cheese soup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 / 2 lb. ham, cubed
4 boiled eggs, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large saucepan, cook the spinach according to package directions, drain well. Stir in soup, mustard and ham. Pour into a baking dish, top with eggs. Bake 15-10 minutes.
