Butterkase

Do you guys know if they sell in local grocery stores? I try to make spinach and Melting Pot fondue cheese and artichokes and fontina Butterka山e part of the ingredients.

Is your health food store carry "Boar's Head" brand products. If so, they will Butterka山e cheese. Probably, Fontina, too. I use cheese Butterka山e for everything ... makes the best cheese ... ham, cheese, etc. A little expensive, but worth it.

They certainly sell fontina in a grocery store, but I've never heard of before Butterka山e. Try talking to the person at the deli counter, they should be able to help.
