Did I do okay today? (Food / exercise) Help pleasee (: easy 10 points! (:? breakfast
-Chip Banana Bread
-2 Middle scrambled eggs plain
200 = callus
lunch
-75 Cal bread with mustard and Turkey (sandwich)
-Pretzels
Bold free pudding
Granola Bar
= 470 cal
snack
Granola Bar
cup fruit-lite
= 130 cal
dinner
-2 Bisquick Pancake Breakfast Heart Health
Total = 1100 calories today. but it was probably until 1200, because I probably miscalculated things wrong.
and then for training,
I ran 2.6 miles, and marched half a mile, 100 crunches, 10 minutes Pilates ABS, and all machines at the gym for the whole body (arms, back, legs, thighs, quadriceps, buttocks, hips)
is it going?
its already 6:40 hours now, so i cannot really eat anything because i cannot eat after 7.
then it was right?
I feel like Ive been gaining weight in my stomach area .. even if im running, eating well, and cracks.

you do not hurt, but look at the ingrediants in the food you eat. culprat an enormous corn syrup high fructose! It is in 90% of bars, yogurt and even the food list, the bread .... is a huge reason why you still have problems. seriously, stay away from that. It is an alternative to using the manufacturers so that they can tap the FF and light the existence of products.
try this:
brkfst: oatmeal with Splenda add sliced strawberries or blueberries
Lunch: Tuna Wheat (albacore and weight wathcers bread)
Dinner: chicken, lean meat or fish with vegies
snacks (2x day): peanut butter (use of smart balance brand) or snow peas or fruit
Do not concentrate! it makes it more difficult. be positive, weigh yourself every two weeks. focus on certain areas of your body otgether set a timetable. Do not all body parts in one day!
Day 1:
legs gluteaus
Day 2:
back and biceps
Day 3:
chest and triceps
Day 4:
shoulders and calves
** You can do sit-ups every day. fit into your routine
** 1 / 2 hours of cardio. thats all you need.
It appears that you have allowed me to. You will not see results right away you just gotta be patient with the results, Ive always heard that youre not supposed to eat after 20 hours. Just keep up with exercise and eating well, you'll see the results! Good luck!
