Carnation Instant Breakfast Nutrition

I am 5 'and weighs about 91 lbs. I would like to win 10-15 lbs. Heard of my weight gain or protein drinks you can buy in stores nutrition, but Carnation Instant Breakfast is with milk substitute reasonable?

No - it contains lots of sugar.

Body Fortress Whey Walmart is $ 15 for two pounds. (With 20 servings) I think it could work out as cheap or cheaper than the Carnation Instant Breakfast, has a profile much more nutritious, contains more protein, mix well, taste, and is pretty much sugar free.

Weight gain is ****. Any weight "you'll gain fat. That's why they all have massive amounts of sugar. You're better off buying directly from whey protein and drink 2-3 times per day.

I'm agree with spn300mike Walmart has some great prices for products and beverages weightgainer proteins and bars. My son uses the body fortress. He loves OJ and vanilla mixed with chocolate milk. It seems to work.

It is more than reasonable. There is very little difference if you have something resembling a normal health.
