recipe for potato soup that used to be at the back of the carnation instant milk can? If anyone has this recipe please share with me. My husband loves and I do not find it!
Creamy Potato
Ingredients
canola oil aec 2 tbsp soup
aec 1 medium onion, chopped
aec 1 1 / 2 pounds (2 large) potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch cubes
aec 3 1 / 2 cups water
aec 4 c. Instant Tea MAGGI Chicken Flavor Bouillon aec 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour, dissolved in 1 / 4 cup of water
aec 1 can (12 fluid ounces) NESTLa‰ ® CARNATION ® Evaporated Milk
aec bacon cooked and crumbled (optional)
aec Sliced green onions (optional)
Conversion Calculator DirectionsHEAT oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook, stirring occasionally, for 1-2 minutes or until tender. Add potatoes, water and broth, bring to boil. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until tender.
Stir in flour mixture and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in evaporated milk. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Garnish each serving with bacon and green onions.
