Chocolate for breakfast? I know you may think it's a bit radical, but bear with me. There are many cases where you can eat chocolate for breakfast like chocolate muffins, pancakes with chocolate chips and milk chocolate, even.

But the quality of chocolate makes a big difference.

If you have read the recent articles on health - or even listen to local radio - there is a big effort to eat a healthy breakfast. The breakfast is really the most important meal of the day.
