Need help reading the facts on nutrition labeling ...? = [? ok and it analyzes My Diet Program My nutrition class and I am confused whether he intends to milk with my serving of cereal or not? As what I have to add in milk and grain separately.
I do not think so bcuz on the box of cereal (Cheerios for HoneyNut btw if that makes any difference) and it says serving with skim milk or something ... Im not sure b / c I never really count and I do not really know how to read the nutritional value and ahhh now I have to do this mission and I am confused ....
Also, if I have a 10''tortilla, how many grams would it? the program automatically made 100g in it, but as I read the details, he said as he and about 52 carbs just seemd to be too unreasonable!
I know when I read the back of the package it says one tortilla tortilla has about 22 carbs (or something around, B / CI do not have it with me now so I'm not sure), but it should not be carbohydrate per serving ... right? So there is just? Is it 100g per serving? or how can I find this whole?? ... Yeshh I know I should read this stuff, so ya ya plz tell me how I should not read this n all I do not know how I'd rather tell me how to read rather than WHY ....
