Valentine 2010 - Recipes for dishes to make your night special and romantic Valentines Valentine's 2010 revenue of meals to make your lover a meal on the night of St. Valentine, romantic and special. First we need food for aphrodisiac meal on Valentine's Day, to get the hormones and the passion flowing.
You can think what I can do that is from Valentine and romance, and the room you begin to prepare in advance the atmosphere in your home with candles and flowers and soft music and you and your partner to create the rest.

Shrimp cocktail
You'll need 4 ounces cooked peeled prawns (replace Lobster choice)
v. tablespoons tomato puree
75ml mayonnaise
1 tsp tsp horseradish cream
Splash of Worcestershire or Tabasco sauce
Lemon juice
60 ml finely lettuce heart
2 thin slices of lemon for garnish
Choose two of the biggest shrimp cocktail garnish and leave for the finished product. Mix tomato puree, mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco and add your desired amount of lemon juice to taste.
Divide the shredded lettuce heart between the two cocktail glasses. Arrange shrimp on top of salad dressing and cover with prepared previously. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour. Just before serving shrimp glass block and make an incision in the lemon and put along the edge.

Avocado soup with almonds
ripe avocado 1
3 c. tablespoon lemon juice
cup chicken broth
Cup heavy cream
4 c. tablespoon white wine medium
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1 tsp tablespoons toasted slivered almonds
Halve the avocado, discard the stone and remove the flesh. Mix with lemon juice. Put chicken broth in a saucepan and bring to a boil, add the cream and wine. Remove from heat and beat in the mashed avocado. Season and allow to cool, then refrigerate. Split between 2 bowls, soup and when cool add the almonds on top.
Then come the main dishes to choose for Valentine's Day dinner, I feel like something nice with aphrodisiac foods in themselves, and not to go too far with the size of meals because you need plenty of room for your dessert and valentines room to have fun with your partner once the meal is over valentines.

Asparagus Quiche
75g/3oz butter
lard 50g/2oz
225g/8oz flour
3 c. tablespoons water
3 eggs
200ml/1/2 pt single cream
A pinch of fresh grated nutmeg
Salt and pepper
2 v. tablespoons flour
225g/12oz canned asparagus
75g/3oz pitted green olives
1 onion, chopped and fried in butter
50g/2oz grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp tablespoons grated Parmesan
50g/2oz Rub butter and lard into the flour and mix with water enough to make a paste. Roll out and line a 25cm/10 inch flan ring. Cover with greaseproof paper, fill with bean paste and cook in a preheated 190c/375f/gas mark 5 for 10 minutes. Remove paper and beans. Beat eggs, cream, nutmeg and salt and pepper. Mix a little with flour mixture then stir in cream. Arrange asparagus, olives and onions in the tart shell, pour over the cream and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 25 minutes. Then reduce heat to 180c/350f/gas mark 4 for 15 minutes until the quiche is golden brown and serve with a salad, garlic br.
