Cheese Pairings

I try to make delicious sandwiches for my lunch, instead of just good old ham / cheddar, turkey / mozzarella cheese, but I'm not having much luck coming up with ideas. I am a student, so things like Serrano ham and prosciutto are (usually) my budget. So if you know of other great sandwich fillings as tomatoes, lettuce and dressing, this would be awesome

Turkey, cream cheese, fresh basil leaves *, and tomato

Turkey and hummus

Turkey and mozzarella, grilled like a grilled cheese

Roast beef and cream cheese

Add a little Parmesan and put in Mayo as salami with tomatoes and lettuce

Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, have ham and cheese American

Try grilled peanut butter, banana and honey

Mix in some honey Dijon mustard and as Turkey

Guacamole avocado or Turkey with tomatoes and lettuce


Mix mayonnaise, horseradish, and have the roast beef, or Turkey

Turkey and Havarti with Avacado
Turkey with sliced cucumber, black olives and feta cheese

Ham and Swiss, tomato and ranch dressing
