Chicago Soy Dairy

Where can I buy a birthday cake that does not use any milk products, Chicago, IL? I wanted a small family party for my son who is now one and wanted to buy him a cake with cars on this. Does anyone no any caterers or places, Walmart or Target, which arent very expensive, but to replace regular milk with soy milk or rice, etc.

Call your local Dairy Queen. 30 years ago, they were non-dairy products.

You can get a private bakery to do, but a mass production bakery as you suggest, does not alter their recipes like that. Try calling a few vegan restaurant if you have in your area and see if they will sell you a whole cake?
