Chicken Casserole Recipes3 Easy to Make Chicken Casserole Recipes For Freezer Meals

As a mother and grandmother busy, I'm always looking for ways of preparing delicious meals for my family ... for busy nights when I do not have hours to spend in the kitchen. To resolve this problem, I would like to make casseroles and freeze for future meals.

When I do these three recipes, I am all in one day. You can freeze your baking dishes, but I would go to the dollar store and buy disposable paper baking pans. I can usually get 3 for $ 1.00. I let them cool completely, then wrap well to freezing. They will keep in the freezer for six months.

Chicken and Cheese

1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 cup milk
1 / 2 cup salad
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
2 cups peas, cooked and drained
8 oz noodles, cooked and drained
1 tablespoon chives, chopped

Heat Velveeta cheese, milk and salad dressing over low heat. Stir until the cheese sauce is smooth and creamy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Chicken and rice casserole

2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 small box instant white rice
6 boneless chicken breasts without skin
1 onion soup mix packet
1 / 4 breadcrumbs

Place a can of soup at the bottom of the casserole, cover with rice. Place chicken breasts over rice and sprinkle with mixture of onion soup, top with second soup can. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle crumbs on top. Place in oven for 15 minutes.

Chicken Oriental

2 3 / 4 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 small can mushrooms or 1 cup fresh mushrooms
3 tablespoons soy sauce
cashews 1 / 2 cup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 / 2 cup diced celery
1 teaspoon onion, finely diced
1 3 / 4 cups chow mein noodles

Place 1 cup chow mein noodles in the bottom of your baking dish. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except the Cup 3 / 4 remaining chow mein noodles. Stir until smooth. Sprinkle with remaining chow mein noodles on top. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until done.
