Chocolate Frozen Yogurt

Last night I got really sick (nausea, vomiting) within 1-2 hours of eating a bowl of B & J's frozen yogurt, chocolate and a packet of peanut M & M's. Can either cause food poisoning?

You may be allergic to peanuts. Get tested by a doctor.

The yogurt may have been some salamonella in her or something.

I am currently a ServSafe certification course and one of the first things we learned is that food poisoning, people are mistaken about what the food was the culprit by a long shot. People think that's what they have eaten a few hours before, when in reality it's almost always something you ate the night before.
Technically, M & Ms and yogurt could cause food poisoning, but it was probably caused by something you ate two days ago.

its possible but unlikely, it would be so widespread that you get word of it quickly. I would lean more towards a food allergy or pregnancy. Take care of yourself feel better!
