Colon Cleanse Side Effects

I recently bought a bottle of Total Cleanse. How much water should I drink while taking this product? What are the side effects (cramps or gas?) How often will I be the ladies 'room "and how long after the initial dose is kick in'?

The most important thing is not to drink too much water, you can get water intoxication and can kill you.

Drink plenty of water, you try to flush your system, or about 8 glasses. You do not water intoxication "as described above, unless you drink gallons and gallons of water, and im sure your body will start rejecting and throwing long before the events, if not a real concern. Id expect to be in the bathroom a little, and do not feel so great.

It should tell you all the instructions, but at least 64 oz, most people get to 1 gallon because you try to clean. I do it every two months and side effects are frequent stools and hunger. I've never had cramps or "terrible things" in my stool that they speak on TV or excessive gas. I had a headache the first day.
Approximately one hour or two with the initial dose. I went up to six times a day, but I had enough warning to know that I needed to go to the toilet and did not have a problem with that.
