Colon Cleanser Pictures

I heard about it, but im afraid to try because when you go to the bathroom he takes a looong chain. I've seen pictures and it was pretty gross. its too gross to still have in you. Has anyone ever tried a colon cleanser? what happened? some of the reasons I want to try is to lose a few pounds from my mid section. it is bad to have fat there because its close to your heart if I want to be healthier also

If you want to lose weight, do not buy into all these stupid stuff on "cleaning" and the miracle drug. Just eat less, eat healthier and be more active. It takes more dedication than glorified enema, but the results will be much better.
