Colon Cleansing Ny

Does anyone know of any natural healthy cleaning of the colon or has anyone ever had experience receiving a colonic? What can I expect? I live in the NY / NJ area and I think I might be interested.

I have Dual Action Cleanse and it was great. He helped with bloating, cleared my skin a little and I felt better in general - more energy and better sleep. I would not do a colonic, it does not sound nice!

what ever you do make sure you do not purchase these medications colon cleansing they advertise on television. they killed so many people because they did not detox your body, it is a scam.
