Crunchy Nut Cornflakes DietEating only cornflakes crunchy nuts and drinking Diet Coke. i would lose weight after one week?

Relli i want to lose weight, but icant diet I hate food. My had my baby six months ago and lost all my weight, but recently abit back and want to lose. i do not have time to make a normal meal or go to the gym as I have triplets! Would I lose weight simply eat crunchy walnuts with cornlakes semi-skimmed milk every day? ... no sarcasm please !!!!!

Yes but you also become very unhealthy because you will not get the essential nutrients you get from eating other foods. If you want to jeopardize your health to lose a few pounds, then by all means do so but I'm sure you look good. Find other healthy foods to eat so you can stay healthy, but still lose weight.

Ya more than likely lose weight, but you return quickly once you stop the diet. If you can not eat more healthily, just try to eat smaller portions of meals.

Good luck! I know how it feels when you're not weight you want to be. I had a baby three months ago and I'm still ten pounds heavier than me before I got pregnant. It's very frustrating, but only to believe in yourself that you can do it and you. :-)

EDIT: And the guy who said stop drinking cola, he's right. Its so bad for you. It makes your kidneys not being able to function correctly, I saw it on the doctors. My father just received a diagnosis of bladder cancer and they told him to stop drinking pop and drink that water.

I've lost size (IE appearance of weight), by not snack, do not drink carbonated beverages, and moderate exercise.

The weight is more difficult, as often when the free size, you can maintain the weight you improve muscle tone and convert the fat storage in fat burn easily.

If you want to lose weight some weeks. You can try to lose the weight first week of a plan!

Day 1:

Eat the soup accompanied with watermelon and melon for your main source of food all day. Drink a glass of unsweetened cranberry juice until bedtime.

Day 2:

Stop eating fruit at all! Eat your soup and you're allowed to eat green salad. Make sure the salad contain no dressings, peas and corns.

For dinner you can consume roasted potato or potatoes baked with butter (never thinking about frying)

Day 3:


Eat soup, salad and fruit, but no potatoes today.


Day 4:


Eating soup with a glass of skim milk. Consume 8 pieces of banana to provide your body with the necessary energy. Your body now need carbohydrate and protein also calcium to lessen body need for sugar.


Day 5


Eat your soup again. Today you should consume salad and salmon fishing. Make sure that the salmon do not exceed 10 ounces.

Day 6


You should consume a maximum of 10 ounces of meat with your soup. You need the protein here.
