What are the symptoms of an intolerance to dairy and wheat? intolerance of dairy products has two main types of events.
One is known as lactose intolerance and is a problem where the sugar in the milk can not be properly broken down by your digestive system. This shows in general with flatulence or stomach cramps and sometimes a "fermented milk" smell in the stool, sometimes accompanied by diarrhea. This is a result of an overgrowth of bacteria in the gut because of the high sugar content not metabolized. Just as fermentation. It is an intolerance, so that the quantity of milk taken is usually a key factor.
The second major type could be said to include other types of problems, worries of breaking down fats and proteins (which can cause rashes) and up to anaphylactic reaction. They are sometimes called intolerance, but for more severe reactions are more accurately described as a real allergy, but the terms are often used interchangeably and wrongly, so I thought I'd mention. These problems can occur with small amounts of dairy products.
Dairy products are also often referred to as "builders mucosa, but it is not widely supported in the medical field. This is not about intolerance, but some people choose to abstain from dairy products for that reason.
Regarding wheat, similar distinctions exist.
You might have a problem with the wheat intolerance that develops in taking over your personal threshold, or you might have a problem with a specific part.
Two problems of wheat are:
# 1 wheat intolerance
# 2 Celiac disease
These conditions are largely confused and a group of physicians as a condition themselves, while others believe they are totally separate.
The first condition is generally considered a temporary condition that can allow a certain amount small amount of wheat.
The second is generally considered a long term problem and is generally regarded as something that requires total abstinence from wheat.
In both cases, people who abstain completely often find that their sensitivity increases dramatically. (I once had a boss who has stopped eating wheat and suddenly discovers that he has got a rash when I was working with flour nearby and he got in the air).
The main distinction between wheat intolerance and celiac disease, wheat intolerance that is generally allergic-type reactions that can help skin reactions and problems with the same food, while celiac disease is a digestive problem where the protein called 'gluten stops the digestive process actually in contact.
wheat intolerance, dairy intolerance as diarrhea and can cause poisoning of the body that is visible as acne or skin rashes / eczema.
Celiac disease can cause similar symptoms, but it is more likely to be limited to digestive problems including diarrhea. Because it can cause sections of the digestive system to shut down, it can also cause malnutrition and related problems. A lady I know who have undiagnosed celiac disease for 50 years had significant problems of malnutrition, including a case of debilitating arthritis.
There's a third problem called candidiasis, which is a problem with the proliferation of a common type of yeast called Candida. The mechanism of this problem is different, and abstinence from wheat alone will not solve this problem, but symptoms are often similar, then it is often unclear and subject to false information. Yeast is a fungus / organism that consumes sugar and creates a byproduct of waste that can be harmful to the body.
