Any ideas for EASY Pan Dinner Recipes for 10? My family is renting a house on shore for the week and each couple had a good dinner. Any ideas for a good healthy recipe easy???? (We are all like all kitchen ... feel free to be creative)

Original recipe yield: 10 servings
3 pounds bone-in chicken breast half, skin
1 cup water
1 cup dry white wine
1 1 / 2 tsp teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 onion, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
2 (6 ounce) package long grain and wild rice mix
1 (16 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup sour cream
1 (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
Place chicken breasts in a large pot with water, wine, salt, curry powder, onion and celery. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour. Remove from heat, strain (reserve broth), and refrigerate to cool. Remove chicken meat from bones and cut into small pieces.
Prepare rice mix according to package directions. Replace the specified amount of liquid with the same amount of reserved stock.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine chicken, rice and mushrooms. Stir in sour cream and soup. Pour into baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour.
Try this Penne Casserole meat is very good!
1 pound dried penne pasta, prepared according to package directions
8 ounces lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 cups water
2 cans (6 ounces each paste) plum tomatoes
1 / 3 cup red wine or water
1 tablespoon MAGGI Instant Beef Flavor Bouillon
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook beef and onion in a large saucepan, stirring occasionally, until beef is no longer pink. Add water, tomato paste, wine and broth and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes or until flavors mingle.
LAYER ingredients as follows in the pan 13 x 9 inch baking dish: 1 / 2 pasta, 1 / 2 sauce and half cheese. Repeat and cover.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. Season with salt.
Add salad and bread. very good
really simple .. get your favorite marinara Suaces, put about a cup of it in the bottom of a baking dish / pan, then boil your favorite noodles (rigatoni, shells, etc.) then place the noodles when cooked on top of the marinara sauce, then get shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken is pre-made at your bank in Section rotisary), then to shut noodles, then place another layer Mariara cup on top of it, crowned by grated cheese on top mozerella. Set the oven to 400 F and bake until cheese on top is melted and lightly browned.
