How can I easily make rice crispy treats and fast ???!? I want to make rice crispy treats, but I need to know how to do and I need a recipe very simple and easy. please help. =]
Ingredients
3 tablespoons margarine or butter
1 (10 oz) package regular marshmallows
- Or -
4 cups mini marshmallows
6 cups Rice Krispies ®
Instructions
1. Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
2. Add KELLOGG'S Rice Krispies. Toss to coat.
3. Using a spatula or waxed paper and butter mixture press, also in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan spray with cooking spray. Cut into 2 inch squares when cool. Best if served the same day.
In the microwave:
In a bowl, microwave margarine very high heat, and marshmallows at HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Blend until smooth. Follow steps 2 and 3 above.
Cooking times may vary microwave.

INGREDIENTS:

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups miniature marshmallows
4 cups crispy rice cereal
DIRECTIONS:
Coat a 9 X 13-inch pan with oil spray or margarine.
In a large saucepan, melt butter or margarine over low heat. Add vanilla. Melt marshmallows in margarine, stirring. Add the cereal when melted marshmallows and stir until cereal is coated. Quickly pour into prepared pan. Use a sheet of waxed paper, press the mixture flat and evenly in pan.
Let stand for 2-3 hours. Cut into squares.
