When you make rice for dinner, it is easy enough to simply double the amount when cooking, leaving the leftovers for tomorrow, turn into fried rice. When searching for a recipe for fried rice, easy to do, you will find many recipes, complex, others not so. But really, you can concoct your own recipe with very little work.

Fried rice is a great way to feed your family at the best price. You must start with the base and then you can build from there.

The recipe of fried rice base: Easy to fry

You will need sliced onions to begin. fry in a little oil, add a little more oil once they are translucent and add your rice. The amount is not really important, even if you happen to have handy.

Most people add the soy sauce in their fried rice and sincerely, you can eat like that. But if you want to create a full meal, you'll need to add more soy sauce just to the mix!

Add-ons

Use the recipe for fried rice base, easy to use leftovers, and nothing else to add. Open the refrigerator, check what you have in there, then add them. Here are some ideas.

Meat: bacon, crispy leftover cooked chicken or chopped beef, even may be cut and added to fried rice. Shrimps, crabs and other seafood all goes well in rice dishes like that, too. You want to add more delicate meat at the end of cooking and just reheat them (assuming they are already cooked).

Vegetables: Anything Goes, really! Carrots, peas, green beans, peas, corn, etc. are all prime candidates for your recipe for Fried Rice. Easy Vegetables frozen mixtures are better because you can simply launch a couple cups with rice and you have an instant meal. The only things that are not usually a recipe for fried rice, easy to remember, are starchy foods like potatoes and yams.

Aromatics: While soy sauce aroma is generally accepted for this dish, you can also add fish sauce, few drops of Worcestershire sauce and even sweet and sour sauce. The choice is yours!

Toppings: Try sprinkling chopped nuts, toasted sesame seeds or sunflower seeds, etc. on top of rice to create a better taste, more nutritious foods. chopped green onions and herbs are another great garnish.
