What is an easy sugar cookie and a good recipe? I'm looking for a sugar cookie recipe easy. I want them soft, but not one with a load of ingredients. Thank you for the help!

Easy Sugar Cookies
3 / 4 cup all-purpose flour
2teaspoon baking soda
1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup butter, softened
1 1 / 2 cups white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1.Preheat oven to 375 ยบ FI. na small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and baking powder. Set aside.
2.In a large bowl, beat together butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually blend in dry ingredients. Roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into a ball and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
3.Bake 8-10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden. Let stand on cookie sheet two minutes before removing to cool on a rack.
I just made cookies and they turn out well
