Greek yogurt recipe? I need a recipe with Greek yogurt (Fage Total 0%) as main ingredient. In fact, he did not even have a recipe, just something that adds a flavor or something like that. Thank you:)
Aegean Chicken Salad
* 1 (12.5 ounces) pieces of chicken breast can, drained
* 1 / 4 cup finely chopped red onion
* 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
* 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
* 1 / 4 cup hummus
* 1 / 4 cup Kalamata olives, chopped
* 1 / 4 cup finely chopped red pepper
* 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
* 1 / 4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1. Break chicken in a large bowl with a fork. Add onion, lemon juice, yogurt, hummus, olives, red pepper, and dill. Sprinkle with feta cheese.
Tzaziki
4 cups plain yogurt, whole milk or low fat
2 cucumbers, unpeeled and seeded
2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons champagne vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 / 4 cup lemon juice (2 lemons)
2 tablespoons olive oil good
1 tablespoon minced garlic (2 cloves)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 / 4 c. teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Place the yogurt in a sieve lined with cheesecloth and set over a bowl. Grate the cucumber and mix with 2 tablespoons of salt, it is in another sieve and place over bowl. Place both bowls in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours for the yogurt and cucumber can drain.
Transfer the thickened yogurt in a large bowl. Squeeze as much liquid from the cucumbers that you can add the cucumbers and yogurt. Mix sour cream, vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, dill, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper. You can serve it immediately, but I prefer to allow the tzatziki to sit in the refrigerator for several hours for flavors to blend. (Fact 5 cups)

Hope this helps!
My family is always Greek / Persian yogurt dip.
We have a yogurt Danone plain. I think its Dannon.
some diced cucumber, a whole or half depending on size.
and some crushed mint leaves, the amount to taste!
mint gives it a kind of sweet.
At first I thought wouldnt like it, but I like it with white rice, kebabs, chicken, etc.
