I need a good recipe for corn flakes, frosted flakes, and CHEX.? I do not need the recipe for Chex mix. I just got tons of cornflakes and Frosted Flakes and I do not want them to lose. The same thing w / Chex. And any other grain-related revenues are welcome.
I do not know the frosted flakes .. think that could be used in a dessert as the soil in place to make a crumb crust pie. However, I used corn flakes, grinding them in my food processor and store in a metal box. I mix with just enough flour to help bind. I make chicken tenders with them. Dip the pounded chicken breasts skinned and dip in an egg wash of milk / .. then roll in corn flake mixture of seasoned flour /. Absolutely delicious!

you could dip boeless skinless chicken in ranch dressing, roll it in corn flakes and bake 375 for 30-40 minutes, its really good. for you could make some Chex puppy chow .... 3 / 4 c butter 1 c peanutbutter 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips 1 pound powdered sugar. pbutter melt butter and chocolate together in Chex mix, then shake in bag with powdered sugar, a recipe from her grandmother for the children.

1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon butter or margarine,
9 cups corn flakes
Bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Combine butter and peanut butter.
Stir in cornflakes.
Press into bottom of a flat 9 X 13 inches.
Cool.
Cut into squares.
Another great way to use your corn flakes this is amazing chocolate chip cookie recipe! And used the Krispy grain rice instead of corn flakes and it comes out just as delicious
1 cup butter, melted and cooled
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 large egg, beaten
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup crushed corn flakes
2 cups flour
1 tsp teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 / 4 c. teaspoon salt
2 v. teaspoon vanilla
Options (mix and match as you wish)
3 / 4 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1 cup raisins
1 cup chocolate chips
3 / 4 cup toffee pieces
3 / 4 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 375 ° F.
In a large bowl, combine oats, corn flakes, sugar, raisins and coconut.
Add eggs, vanilla and melted butter.
Blend until smooth.
Mix in chocolate chips.
In another bowl, mix flour salt, baking powder and baking soda.
Add flour mixture and stir until all is incorporated into the dough.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until browned.
