For me, it Godminster Vintage Bruton Somerset.
Matured for 12 months, I just ate a whole pallet.
The shop in South Africa sells about me (even if his English, not in South Africa!)
It's almost as crazy as perfect everything I tasted. What is your favorite cheddar?

I can not get my favorite cheddar more. The dairy business. I loved Cabot, until they started to pack everything in plastic. Today, they taste like cheese wrapper. Black Diamond is OK, then I can find it, but I really miss my old cheddar.
