Grocery Delivery Chicago

I moved to San Fernando Valley three years ago with my wife. More precisely, we live in reseda. For the latter, while the area was dirty and roll and everything closes at like 22 hours. I want many things that I left when I moved here from Chicago. Ideally, I would be close to the distance of many places such as bars, restaurants, grocery stores. I would also love to be able to delivery at 2:00 am, if I wanted. Also, I want the neighborhood to be as safe as possible. I thought of different areas such as North Hollywood and Valley Village, but I'm not sure that these coins would be for me. Currently, my wife and I rent a house for about $ 2000 with 3 bedrooms. We had something similar in price and could get away with 2 bedrooms in a townhouse or even an apartment that does not have paper thin walls.
