Looking for healthy recipes and snack ideas for children ...? Looking for healthy snack and dinner recipes that are Kid (aged 8-12years years). Supper recipes that take less than an hour of preparation. and cook and use as few pots as possible. Snack recipes that are healthy.
No ingredients peanuts / nuts.
we usually have around six children to feed.
It is for work ... We work with children and want them to eat healthier foods, especially vegetables and fruits.

Well, my favorite was the carrot sticks, but I have dipped in ranch dressing. You can serve carrot sticks with low fat dressing of their choice. There are also apples that are cut a peeled. Almost all children like bananas. Celery sticks with choice of toppings. I know that in not much, but I hope it's enough to get you started.
granola bars are the best, TRAI mix: nuts, dried fruit (perhaps not) of cereals, Raisner, m & m, chocolate chips.
How about Philly cheese stuffed mushrooms?
easy to make and very tasty, it contains more protein and vegetable.
You have to wash the mushrooms (mushroom type), remove the stems, salt and pepper and fill them all with a tablespoon of cheese Philly. That's it. No need to do something else.
Bake at 400F for 5 minutes, cover with aluminum foil, and bake 5 minutes more. Serve immediately on a muffin or small doily. They are clean, delicious and nutritious!

Pizza rolls are really good flour tortillas stuck with passatta tomatoes, cheese, mushrooms, spinach or shredded vegetables that you can hide, black pepper and oregano, fold it in foil and cook for 5 minutes in hot oven .

Graham crackers with cream cheese and jam
fruit slices with cheese sticks
-Celery with cream cheese and raisins on top (known as ants on a log)
-A small bowl of cereal

The Onion BAKED
Serves 4
Ingredients
2 egg whites
1 large yellow sweet onion (sliced)
Third cup of breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Methods
Mix egg whites, salt and pepper. Dip onion rings into egg mixture and coat the breadcrumbs. Place in a single layer on greased baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees.
HOT CABBAGE
Serves 4
Ingredients
3 cups cabbage (finely chopped)
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Italian dressing
Methods
Sprinkle cabbage with salt and let stand 30 minutes. Heat oil in a frying pan until very hot. Add cabbage and saute about 2 minutes. Remove and add Italian dressing.
PEACHY CARROTS
Serves 6
Ingredients
1 pound package carrots (sliced and cooked)
1 / 3 cup peach preserves
1 tablespoon margarine (melted)
Methods
Combine carrots with margarine and canned fish. Cook over low heat until the carrots are heated thoroughly.
CARROT CASSEROLE
Serves 6
Ingredients
Book a package carrots (sliced, boiled until tender)
1 / 2 cup celery (chopped)
1 / 3 cup onion (chopped)
1 / 3 cup green pepper (chopped)
Methods
Saute chopped celery, onion and green pepper. Mash cooked carrots and toss with sauteded vegetables. Put in a buttered dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
