I'm on the fence about Natural Colon Cleanse - personally I tried an online (see link below) and I think it worked very well for me. " I lost a lot of weight and feel necessary healtheir. On the other hand I have a friend who said it made no difference. I think it's really something for all personal and something that should be considered when deciding for yourself, I suppose.

Colon cleansing stuff is a false hood, they always speak of John Wayne and his 40 pounds of shit and his colon and Elvis packed. It is a lie. If you are semi regularly, is all it takes. Sometimes, some small pieces can get stuck, but the cleaning stuff is nothing to take too seriously
