Colon Cleansing: it is really safe? A while ago I had a hard time sleeping. When I was a night where it seemed to sleep, I was always exhausted all day. I felt a little anxious and forgetting little things here and there that I usually never forget. I ate a little more and I usually do not take any books. I had not had time to lift weights in recent weeks, so at first I guess I lost some muscle I gained fat so the scale has not changed. However, I soon learned that these are typical symptoms of an intestinal parasite.
Parasites are organisms that live within or on the bodies of their hosts, receiving nourishment and multiplication, while simultaneously causing a variety of symptoms. Common symptoms of parasites include constipation, bloating, diarrhea, allergies, ear itching, nervousness, listlessness, teeth grinding, forgetfulness and sleep problems, among others. The average American has 5-25 pounds of fecal matter accumulated in his body on which pests thrive. Naturally, I had a small panic when I heard about it. I immediately went to look for solutions. If I went to a doctor, they would basically give me a poison strong enough to kill the parasite, but low enough not to kill me. I know this is a common way to deal with these things, but I was not comfortable poisoning me on purpose so I continued the search.
Colon cleansing was my logical conclusion, but it posed a new question: Is this really colon cleansing safer than using poison sweet my doctor had prescribed to kill the parasites? The answer is mixed. The benefits of colon cleansing is important. Regular cleaning helps maintain overall health, prevent unnecessary weight gain, and, indirectly, enhances immune function, among others. The main purpose of this article, however, does not focus on the benefits, but the dangers. That's what I learned from my research.
For the majority of colon cleansing is completely safe. There are some exceptions and I'm going on what you should look out for. Firstly, when making colon cleansing if you have severe diarrhea stopped immediately. Some mild diarrhea may be known to some cleaning products and watch your labels to be sure, but severe cases are cause for concern.
The main issue is some of the ingredients that the various colon cleansers use. Some can be very harmful to pregnant women or nursing mothers. The most potentially harmful appeal Senna herbs. Senna is widely used for its natural laxative effect. What most of these creators of cleaners will not tell you is that Senna can cause bloating, toxicity cramps, nausea, liver, and. In small doses, Senna is very useful, but used for more than a week or two can cause the aforementioned problems, as well as a dependence on him to make regular bowel movements after he had served for some time.
Be careful when you decide to start a process of cleaning the colon. Nobody knows your body as you do and if you feel like something is wrong, it probably is. Colon cleansing can be beneficial to health when used carefully great, but doing research on the ingredients of a colon specific cleaner you decide to use.
