Jiffy BakingDoes anyone have a recipe to make muffins baking mix wink?

On the site of Jiffy's (and Bisquick's), he said to use their muffin mixes, but I know I made muffins before baking mix them. Does anyone have the recipe? Thank you!

Bisquick baking mix is almost the same. You can use recipes: http://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/brow ...

Blueberry Muffins

2 cups Bisquick ® Original Mix
Two thirds cup milk
1 / 3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg
3 / 4 cup fresh or frozen (thawed and drained) blueberries

1. Preheat oven to 400 º F. Place paper baking cup in each of 12 muffin-size, or grease bottom only of muffin cups.
2. Mix all ingredients except blueberries just until moistened. Gently stir in blueberries. Divide the dough into the molds.
3. Bake 13-18 minutes or until golden brown.

High altitude (3500-6500 m)
Preheat oven to 425 º F.

Remove Blueberry muffin plain.

Because the mixture is so versatile, you can play with a little. You can use apple juice instead of milk, and muffins will come out well. You can also add chunks of apple and some cinnamon and sugar apple muffins.

I'm sure they do! I'm glad I could help. Flag

It is the same recipe they use to make coffee cake. Just add any fruit or nuts you want and bake them in muffin tins at 400 degrees for about 15-20 miutes away.

It's near the box.
