I lost my recipe for corn casserole that called Jiffy cornbread mix and canned corn ... What is the recipe? CORN CASSEROLE
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 (8 ounces) sour cream or nonfat yogurt
Melt stick of butter in the casserole. Clear all ingredients in saucepan and mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

This is the recipe I have for corn pudding Memphis that everyone loves so much they ask for the recipe!
1 (8.5 oz) box Jiffy cornbread mix
A shoebox w PEG corn / juice
One can cream corn
1 cup sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
Mix all ingredients in large bowl until blended. Pour into 2 quart baking dish. Bake uncovered @ 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until lightly browned and set.

CORN CASSEROLE
2 can whole corn
2 cans cream corn
Jiffy Mix 2 box cornbread
2 cups sour cream
2 stick marg. (Fade)
2 T. sugar
Mix all, put in 9 x 13 pan. Spray skillet with Pam.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
