Kellogs Cereal DietKellogs cereal diet: does it really work?

one where you eat cereal twice per day for two weeks ... and do you really get a jean size? I just want to get the opinion of the people who actually did and tries to sitck to it. Because I'm gone for 6 days.

Well, I want to try to stick again because I'm getting a muffin top. yknow when you wear jeans and your fat is hanging over jeans? yeeah it. I want to get rid of it. I did some work for 2 weeks, then I stopped because I do not think I can do sit ups during my ']' Red 'Days [period.

fwd'ing to my question: Does the Kellogs diet really? and how do I make my schedule: eat cereal before or after training? I know I should cut down on sweets and drink plenty of water. but what could I do?

The problem with the cereal diet is sugar. Cereals and grains are starches that turn into sugar in the blood. Then there is all the sugar they put in the cereal too. Sugar is very addictive and very bad for you.

I created a plan and I lost 50 pounds since the end of March. It is easy to stick to and easy to jump on and go back to. I call it the Cave Man Diet. The idea is that people were not designed to eat processed foods. Get back to basic foods such as meat, vegetables, fruit and water. I did a blog on how to do the diet if you want to watch.

The grain is supposed to replace all the junk you usually eat that gave you a peak muffins. It does not magically make you lose weight while you eat all you want, more grain. Replace one of your disgusting fat meal with a bowl of any brand of cereal twice a day and you will lose weight. It does not matter when you eat.

I do not know, but now I want to try it.
