Kellogs Cereal DietPosted on January 26, 2010. Kellogs cereal diet: does it really work? one where you eat cereal twice per day for two weeks ... and do you really get a jean size? I just want to get the opinion of the people who actually did and tries to sitck to it. Because I'm gone for 6 days. The problem with the cereal diet is sugar. Cereals and grains are starches that turn into sugar in the blood. Then there is all the sugar they put in the cereal too. Sugar is very addictive and very bad for you. The grain is supposed to replace all the junk you usually eat that gave you a peak muffins. It does not magically make you lose weight while you eat all you want, more grain. Replace one of your disgusting fat meal with a bowl of any brand of cereal twice a day and you will lose weight. It does not matter when you eat. I do not know, but now I want to try it.
