Kirkland Yogurt

Ok so I want to know what size cup of yogurt, if they meet the whole way. as I found much information about nutrtion yogurt and it is said that a 12 oz cup of yogurt is 270 calories, but is it normal size serving of what they give you in stores Costco if you order it? or do they only give you more than 12 ounces? Whenever I go and Roder yogurt they give me the cup and it looks like this:

No, I do not think that its only 12 Oz ... Its bigger than that ...

just to go, and they fill past the rim, so they have a worksheet that can give you and tell you how many portions and calories and everything in it ... hope this helped!
