Lactose Symptoms

Lactose SymptomsCan drinking too much milk cause lactose intolerance symptoms?

I'm in the gym, so to get enough protein throughout the day, I drink a liter milk per day because the chicken, meat, and shakes are too expensive and the milk is the source cheapest protein. But can drink the milk make me have lactose intolerance symptoms?

When I drink about 2 liters a day I began to have diarrhea, but do not know if its from the milk, why would it cause diarrhea? (But not so abdominal pain is also a symptom of lactose intolerance)

Too much of anything is bad and is the excessive consumption of milk for protein, especially when consuming milk in its original liquid form. If you want the milk protein to build your body muscles, then go for whey protein concentrates and other products for the preparation of condensed milk.

From a purely theoretical point of view, it seems reasonable. You can not have enough lactase to digest it all.

Search chickpeas / lentils / soy products. They are very cheap protein together. :) I'm buying soy protein isolate in bulk at $ 4.50/pound, chick peas / lentils / defatted soy flour at $ 2.50/pound
