Lactose SymptomsPosted on March 10, 2010. Can drinking too much milk cause lactose intolerance symptoms? I'm in the gym, so to get enough protein throughout the day, I drink a liter milk per day because the chicken, meat, and shakes are too expensive and the milk is the source cheapest protein. But can drink the milk make me have lactose intolerance symptoms? Too much of anything is bad and is the excessive consumption of milk for protein, especially when consuming milk in its original liquid form. If you want the milk protein to build your body muscles, then go for whey protein concentrates and other products for the preparation of condensed milk. From a purely theoretical point of view, it seems reasonable. You can not have enough lactase to digest it all. CommentsThere are no comments.Leave a Comment | Popular Posts My Friends |
