I plan to do a liquid diet strictly. I just want to know if it really works and if his health???

it can work, but do ur as drinking the right kind of beverages. calories is what counts
u should take more vitamins and do not be surprised if wen u start eating solids again some of the weight back. it can be healthy u might want to do some research on the subject speak ur dr. do not do it, if u have all sorts of health problems

Forget it. It's bad for you. You need fiber, protein and food from plants, starches, and that sort of thing. It does not work.
There is only one way to lose weight. Diet and exercise. No shortcuts. Stop eating junk and get off your seat and exercise.

this is not healthy for a long period of time because you do not get any fiber.
