For people watching their weight or simply reduce carbohydrate, low-carb breads are the perfect food for healthy and satisfying meal. Increasingly began to practice the consumption of bread for breakfast, lunch and dinner because they think it may help keep pounds of additional leave. But not just any bread will do if you want to lose weight. It must be the low-carb, whole grain variety. The low-carb diets are in vogue these days. Other benefits include increased HDL cholesterol or good reduction in blood pressure throughout, decreased blood insulin levels and improved insulin sensitivity. Perhaps the most obvious benefit plans low-carb is that you do not count calories every time you dine.

All you have to do is to select foods low in carbs that you want to include in your diet and stick to it. Now there are lots of bread products to low-carb that you can buy in most grocery stores but you can actually make your own if you want fresher, better tasting bread. You can try baking bread, flax seed, for starters. Also known as linseed, flax contains high fiber is good for cleaning the system and improve digestion.

Here is a recipe for flax seed bread low carb. You will need the following ingredients:

1 3 / 4 c flax seed meal

4-5 tablespoons cooking oil

1 / 2 C wheat bran

1 / 2 C water

1 tsp tablespoon baking powder

1 tsp tsp salt

5 pieces of eggs, beaten

All you have to do is mix all the ingredients of your recipe to dry in a large bowl, then add the wet ingredients in your recipe below. Pour the mixture into a saucepan. Preheat oven to 350 deg. F. Put the pan in and cook in oven about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let it cool a pan for a few minutes. Cut into slices and serve. If you plan to store bread, make sure to let the bread cool completely before wrapping it with aluminum foil.

Wrap the whole thing again with airtight plastic bag and store in the refrigerator. Keep in mind that some breads low carb contain three carbohydrate per slice or piece. Reduce the total number of carbohydrates in your eating sandwich bread with meat or cheese.
