Omelet Herbed cream cheese

"Somehow, when the cream cheese mixed with herbs and melted in an omelet, he acquired a wonderful taste that you would not associate with cream cheese."

INGREDIENTS
Cream cheese 4 ounces, softened
1 / 2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
Salt and pepper
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
8 eggs
MODE
Mix cream cheese with cilantro in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste.
The fourth heat butter in an omelette pan or well-seasoned 8-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high. When butter is hot and bubbling, swirl it around the pan.
Just before the butter begins to brown, beat 2 eggs and pour into pan. Reduce heat.
After 10 seconds, the omelets coagulates. Push the omelet to one side of the pan with a spoon or a spatula and let uncooked eggs run the stove allowed. Repeat this one more time, then take the pan off the heat.
Dab one fourth of cream cheese with herbs from along the middle of the omelet to one side to another. Season the omelet with salt and pepper to taste. If it does not completely set, place pan over medium heat for half a minute. When the omelet is set, slide the pan on a plate so that the omelet rolls and cream cheese with herbs along the length of the race. Serve immediately. Make three more omelets in the same way, making sure the pan and butter get good and hot before adding the beaten eggs. Serve each, once it is cooked.

it is sooooooo good.

Eggs and cheese are two foods low in carbohydrates .... Stay away from toast, bagels and breads more ... However, if you rolled in a tortilla to the count of carbohydrates is not too bad ... Women need a certain amount of carbs per day, I try to stick to about 15-30 carbs per meal .. You can always lose weight .. If you can get whole wheat tortillas .. Even better .... Good luck ....

I tried this and it is so beautiful! They have more recipes to check on the site.

3 eggs, any size or egg substitute
3 c. water Tea
2 slices bacon, chopped (I use pre-cooked)
1 large ripe roma tomatoes, chopped (or 2 small)
1.4 to 2.1 cup low fat mozzarella cheese, grated or fat free mozzarella cheese, grated (or other cheese) or Monterey Jack cheese (or other cheese)
2 v. teaspoon dried basil (or same amount costs)
1 teaspoon onion powder or 1 / 3 cup chopped onion
1 / 4 c. teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
sea salt (if desired)
2 tablespoons virgin olive oil (for the benefit of heart)

1. Beat eggs and water into a bowl.
2. Add salt (I do not use salt because of the salinity of the Bacon Canada, but other people in my family wants more), and pepper to egg mixture.
3. Heat the oil in a skillet or omelet pan over medium heat until bubbly.
4. Pour in eggs and cook until partially set down, Do not turn the eggs.
5. Spoon Canadian Bacon, tomatoes, basil, onions or onion powder and cheese on half of the skillet and return half empty egg on tomato mixture.
6. Flip omelet together and cook until eggs are set.
