Can someone give me a low fat diet plan to make the body fat of a six-pack? Training myself 4-5 times a week, 6.3 miles running, circuits and weights so training is not a problem, but sticking to a diet is the proper place when I fall flat after a week or two ... I am ready to do it for 2-3 months as im sure the results would come at this time

Thatte if you train with weights and stuff, so you should be eating what follows;
Monday;
Breakfast Weatabix, Special K or Corn Flakes or something similar
Ceaser Salad Lunch Just go easy on the dressing!
Tea-fish, rice and many vegetables
Also snack fruit if ever hungry:)

Breakfast Porridge, banana or somethingg, cereal again if you really want!
Lunch Try something like cucumber and tuna sandwhiches bread brown bread verify Make sure it's fresh! fruit and perhaps indulge in a little choccie - you should make you happy
Corn breaded chicken pasta tea on the COB on something along these lines!
Fruit Snacks-0-tryy!
Wednesday ---
Try Breakfast fruit salad, breakfast so just go easy
then try to make a run of 30 only 45 minutes if you have a lot!
Lunch hmm maybe a little salad tryy sorta!
Tea-Curry, check isn't bad!
