Am really want to have a low fat, low carb recipes for anything using several Passionfruit?
Also, any use of "spreading lemon / butter / sour milk?

DAIQUIRI Passion Fruit:
2 / 3 cup light rum
1 / 4 cup lime juice
1 / 4 cup granulated sugar
4 passion fruit
2 cups crushed ice
1 lime, sliced for garnish (optional)
In a blender, combine rum, lime juice and sugar. Add the pulp of passion fruit (seeds and all). Blend until smooth. seed strains. Pour the puree in blender. Add a little ice at a time until the mixture becomes thick and creamy. Pour into glasses and garnish with lime slices

Ingredients
4 egg whites
A pinch of salt
225g caster sugar
2 limes
400ml cream, low fat
6 passion fruit
Physalis a handful for garnish


Method
1. Preheat oven to 150C/gas 2. Line two baking sheets with silicone paper. In a bowl, whisk the egg whites with salt until stiff but not dry.

2. Add sugar 2 tablespoons at a time, whipping after each addition, until stiff and glossy. The help of a tablespoon, spoon the mixture into 12 spoonfuls evenly spaced, on baking sheets.

3. Bake the meringues in the oven for about 1 ½ hours until crisp and pale golden.

4. While these are cooking, peel and lime juice. Mix the lime zest and juice into the cream. Halve the passion fruit and scoop out pulp and reserve.

5. To serve, place two meringue on each plate, spoon a dollop of whipped cream flavored with lime cream on top, and the passion fruit pulp. Decorate with physalis and serve immediately.

Well, stay away from lemon curd (as delicious as it is) because it is full of sugar. Mix lemon juice in a little light butter for a delicious spread for broccoli, asparagus, etc. You can use a Passionfruit jelly without added sugar (use Splenda instead.) Good luck!

Tropical Fruit Soup with Pineapple Cooking Light SalsaTry!

If you do not have papaya, you can substitute mango or simply use all the pineapple salsa. You can find passion fruit nectar in the Latin food section of most supermarkets.

Ingredients
Salsa
1 / 2 cup diced peeled pineapple
1 / 2 cup diced peeled papaya
2 tablespoons dark rum
Sugar 2 teaspoons

Soup
3 cups vanilla yogurt low fat
1 cup passion fruit nectar
Third cup of pineapple juice
1 / 4 teaspoon coconut extract
1 / 8 c. teaspoon salt
1 / 4 cup flaked coconut sweet bread


Preparation
To prepare salsa, combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl and set aside.
To prepare soup, combine the yogurt and the following 4 ingredients (yogurt through salt) in a medium bowl and stir with a whisk. Cover and refrigerate. Pour the soup into shallow bowls and garnish with salsa. Sprinkle each serving with toasted coconut.

4 servings (serving size: 1 cup soup, 1 / 4 cup salsa and 1 tablespoon of coconut)
