Maytag Cheese

Maytag natural white cheddar cheese is unique. Just how unique, I do not know. But it is asked in many recipes by name. By "nutritional value", I mean the panel on the side of a product which is required by the FDA. I really want this mark. I once found on the Internet at Maytag closes, but there is not any more.
