Milk Digestion

Milk DigestionSoymilk and digestion?

Hello

My decided at the age of 24 that I paid too much waste in my throat for too long. When I think of all the chemicals in the foods I eat, I can not believe I've done to my body and thought it was ok.

I want to eat things to promote a healthy digestive system. I will eat more fish, nuts etc.

Is it better for our health to drink soy milk that cow's milk, and why.

If I cut dairy together.

Thank you.

I stopped drinking milk cows several years ago. There are too many problems with hormones and antibiotics in milk, not to mention problems prevent spoiling, etc. etc.
If you do want to keep drinking milk, I highly recommend looking for an organic brand you can trust. This is true for ice cream, cheese and other dairy products.

In reality, it is extremely difficult to avoid all dairy products. Never eat a pizza with friends? How about chocolate? Coffee cream? But, I do the best I can, and I think I do pretty well.

I found that soy milk is an excellent substitute. Again, that buying a product that is made based on organic soybeans. Pesticides and other chemicals found in soybeans is a conventional long list of bad things.

It may take some time (a week or two at most) so that your body gets used to soybeans, depending on how much you drink. Start slowly at first, with a cup a day, then increase the amount.

soy products in food as your body is probably used to anyway.

Good luck and congratulations for taking a wise decision.

It's hard to say that something is better than another, but I do not drink milk because it is a cow. I am not a cow. Humans are the only animals who drink milk beyond infancy and another species milk. Factory farming has made the food toxic to our body and should be avoided. For many drugs and other chemicals.
If you choose to stop drinking milk, you should also try rice, almonds, oats and hemp milk. If you drink soy milk and it is hard on your stomach, try one that has kombu (seaweed), it will digest it better.

I recently (few weeks) started drinking soy milk instead of cow's milk and it has proved beneficial to my digestive system. The more I drink more I like the taste and there are many brands and they all taste slightly different if you can take a while to find one you like. I think a lot of soy is better in smoothies too. I noticed that many people who get bloated cow's milk are not inflated at all from soybeans. I heard his best for the skin, but I have not cut the cheese have not noticed a difference.

Also soy ice is really good.

Hello!

I strongly encourage you (and any other person they intend) to remove any and all dairy products from their diet. It is completely natural for adult mammals to drink milk (humans are the only species that drink milk after infancy), and it is inappropriate for humans to drink milk from another species ( Man are the only species that drink milk from another species) [1].

dairy consumption is associated with type 2 diabetes, heart disease, obesity, osteoporosis, acne, allergies, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, and increased mucus production [1].

Alternatives to cow's milk such as soy, rice, almond, hemp milk and give you the same nutrients as cow's milk, and are cholesterol free and low in saturated fat.

Good luck!

The worst thing about the milk (in addition to the cruelty involved in factory farming of cows) is lactose intolerance.

Around 3000-4500 million people worldwide are affected. It is the most common (and most misunderstood) digestive problems found so far.

Most people are lactose intolerant and do not even know. .
