Can I use a Vita-mix instead of a pitcher of milk for my coffee? If yes, what are some tips on using a blender instead?
If you put cold milk into a pot on the stove and whisk while heating, you have hot milk foam almost as good as any of a pitcher.
I do when making cappuccinos for a group of people.
A blender will just give you cold milk with a few bubbles.
I bought a cheap nozzle meritline.com for $ 2.99 (free shipping). it works very well.
I do not think that willl mixer until foamy (but I have been wrongly called)
