The differences between the goat's milk to cow's milk



Goat's milk as a food source is naturally homogenized unlike cow's milk, because of its smooth texture, making it easier to absorb into the body and digestion. Goat milk contains more vitamins A and B than cow's milk, although both types of milk have the same levels of vitamins C, D, iron, protein and fat. Goat milk contains less lactose than cow's milk.
