Most Healthy CerealPosted on March 21, 2010. What is the best (most healthy) cereal to eat? I wonder what is the best cereal to start my day. variable is not a taste, really, but it would be nice if it tasted good. I want one that gives me the energy, vitamins, and receives only a superset good score of other people in good health. Best all-round, healthy and is oatmeal. You can mix with raisins, served with brown sugar, or with butter (yes, some people in Scotland eat this way) or whatever you please, but oatmeal is ideal for reducing cholesterol levels, providing energy in the long term, in contrast to the rapid release of energy you get from most breakfast cereals pckaged, and full of vitamins and minerals. After all, three million Scots can not be bad! Lucky Charms! Special K is better with fruit Total. Special K or total ... watch those carbs ..... lol My father used to mix all kinds of grain in equal proportions. This is the best way to eat cereal because each has some nurients others did not, so when they are mixed, they are complementary. The best, in my opinion, is shreaded wheat. Either the size or the size of the spoon. They have more fiber, they do not all have added sugar, they taste very good (I usually add a little stevia or Splenda) and they'll fill it. I like Kashi or Kashi GoLean GoLean Crunch, even if they have no vitamins. They have more fiber and protein than most grains, you will find. So I'm a fan of All-Bran. I just tried Kellogg's Fruit n 'Fibre and I think it is very good and I am going to recommend. Another very good health is total. I'll have to go with either oatmeal or shredded wheat in the former and sound. CommentsThere are no comments.Leave a Comment | Popular Posts My Friends |
